The staff were very helpful. i found a nice little bottle of sparkling wine a lovely touch. the location made it easy to use public transport! i really enjoyed the surroundings. Everything was very close.

the pillows were not great.

the room had a balcony with a fantastic view. it was cozy and clean. the room also had hot water readily available and the bed was comfortable for sleeping.

the metro station is just outside the hotel and the surrounding area is nice. the danube is only a short walk away. a shopping center is nearby if guests are interested in shopping.

the staff was courteous and helpful. hajni was an very nice host. she gave a lot of travel recommendations and taught about the country. staff also organized wine tasting events .
